RYA Keelboat Level 3
Want to take your keelboating to the next level? The two day RYA Keelboat Level 3 – Better Sailing course will consolidate your confidence in your keelboat skills and knowledge. We run our Keelboat Advanced Courses year round. These are open to everyone aged 16+, with great oppourtunities to show off your skills. We will be working towards RYA Level 3 of the adult sailing scheme, which aims to provide a bridge to the advanced modules. These courses are an excellent opportunity to get out on the water and get lots of sailing while having a great time sailing bigger boats and gaining a valuable qualification.

Assumed Knowledge
Sailing skills to the standard of Level 2 in a keelboat
Syllabus
The course will be taught with a ratio of 3 students to 1 instructor in a single keelboat and covers the following:
Level 3 - Further coaching to consolidate Level 1 and 2 skills and taster sessions from the advanced modules

Certification
Students will be aiming for their RYA Level 3 which equals sailors being more confident in sailing skills and techniques, and ready to progress onto the advanced modules.
