TARS Results 7th September

TARS sailors having fun, usually at someone else's expense. A funny old day hot and muggy, with no sun and the atmosphere full of dust making photography a nightmare.

Our driver broke the mould by getting a good start and rounding the windward mark first, where Ragamuffin did a very delicate twirl! As Graham had set a course including a good spinnaker reach the very experienced OAP crew of Argento made up for the driver's misjudgements by flying the spinnaker perfectly enabling her to take line honours and also race honours, just! The first three boats on corrected time, including Little Merlin and Cutty Stark all finished within 14 seconds.

As this is a new series all CB Ratings have been updated, not much change, apart from those boats that have not completed 4 races. More photos on the TARS Facebook page and the results of yesterday's race are in the blog file below
