CBYC NEW YEARS EVE PARTY CANCELLED


Following today’s Welsh Government Covid Update Announcement


The 2021 New Year’s Eve Party at CBYC has had to be cancelled. A full refund for tickets purchased in advance will be given. Please contact the office to arrange for your refund 02920 666627 if you paid by Card or please come into the office if you paid Cash.


The club will be required to implement Wales Level 2 Covid restrictions when it reopens after Christmas.

All members will be required to comply with these guidelines when using the club.

Thank you for your full cooperation in advance to help us ensure every one remains safe and healthy.


· Compulsory Track & Trace on arrival.

· Face Masks must be worn at all times when entering/leaving or moving through the club

· Observe the 2 metre social separation rule

· Table Service Only

· Food and Drink must be consumed at the table

· Rule of 6 – Limit of 6 to each table

· Please limit the number of people you meet with – stay safe – stay healthy


There are only 12 tables available in the club bar so please book to avoid disappointment.

There will be a 2 hour time limit enforced during busy evenings.

If you do not arrive on time your booking will be cancelled and the table released for other members.


Revised club opening hours over New Year


Wednesday 29th December Bar 12-10 PM Kitchen 12-8.30 PM

Thursday 30th December Bar 12-10 PM Kitchen 12-8.30 PM

Friday 31st New Year’s Eve Bar 4-10pm(last orders at 9.45pm) Bar will close promptly at 10.30 Kitchen 6-8.30pm (normal menu available)

(The downstairs bar/lounge will not be open on New Years Eve following the introduction of the revised guidelines)


Saturday 1st New Year’s Day Bar 12-8pm Kitchen 12-3pm

Sunday 2nd Bar 12-7pm Kitchen 12-3pm

Bank Holiday Monday 3rd Bar 12-7pm Kitchen 12-3pm


Normal Club Hours Resume from Wednesday 4th January 2022
