The Council of Management look forward to welcoming you on the night and the Club’s staff will be on hand to support the smooth running of our Annual General Meeting.

 

 A few things to be aware of ;

 

When you arrive;

 

• Please make your way into the Quay Bar (Downstairs) to register.

 

• Please have your membership card to hand to speed up the process.

• Once registered, Full Members will be issued with a meeting pack which will include a summary of the agenda and your voting cards.

 

• You will then be able to proceed upstairs to the Quarterdeck where the bar will be open.

 

• You will be asked to show your meeting pack on entry as proof of registration.

• The bar will remain open until 19:50 when it will close promptly to ensure the meeting begins on time.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

We endeavour to accommodate all members (including spouse/partner members) in the Quarterdeck. However, If overall attendance exceeds the capacity of the room then we may ask non-voting attendees to vacate the room to make space so that the meeting can proceed. We do not expect this to be necessary and will only be actioned as an absolute last resort. For reassurance, it is normally possible to accommodate everyone in the main room. This note has only been included for awareness.

 

• The meeting will be led by the Commodore, with support from CoM and will follow the advertised agenda.

 

• Where members are required to Vote, further instructions will be provided.

 

• Upon conclusion of the meeting the bar will be reopened - last orders at 10:30pm & the Quarterdeck will close at 11pm.
