I hereby agree to be bound by the ISAF Racing Rules Sailing(RRS), the prescriptions of the RYA, class Rules and Sailing Instructions, applicable to races I have entered.
I hereby indemnify Organisers against all claims whatsoever arising from my yachts participation in the races.
Eligibility : Yachts entering for the offshore/islands race must comply with Offshore Racing Council (ORC) Category 3 safety requirements. Those entering for the “Round the Cans” races must comply with ORC Category 4 safety requirements. The yacht is fully equipped to comply with the safety standards required for the races she entered.
