New Years Day Pursuit Race 2007

Open to all Dinghies and Yachts, Entry Free.

PY Numbers used will be standard PY’s for the class of boat.

Start time will be 12.30pm Prompt.

In the event of a delay to the start, the "AP" flag will be flown, when the "AP" flag is removed a white board displaying the delay time in minutes will be displayed from the bridge beck.

Race duration will be 90 minutes

Start times will be posted on the club notice board and the dinghy notice board on the top of the slip

All boats will keep a vigilant lookout for all other boats

Course will be triangles

Mast on bridge beck

Red flag = Port hand course

Green flag = starboard hand course

Start line – Finish line :- Between the IDM and ODM placed in front of the club. All boats will pass through the start/finish line on each lap.

Start procedure, normal 5/4/1/GO for the first start there after a sound signal for all subsequent start times

All signals will be made from the bridge deck.

Entry forms available from behind the bar. Entry forms must be in by the 20^th December to ensure that your PY is correct.
