15^th June request for a flotilla of small boats to escort Endeavour into Cardiff Bay.

Penarth Y.C. sending a fleet of Enterprises to race in the regatta.

Awaiting a response from the FF about attending CBYC regatta.

New Laser 1 member.

4) Treasurer’s Report.

Noted

J.G. suggested that I.D. should collect all race fees £ 30 for the year £ 10 a series.

Expenditure involved engraving for the cups, £30 prizes

The account is £500 in credit with race fees to be added to this total.

Outstanding commitment to the account of £x for the running, servicing of the ‘O’ boats.

Stop payment for individual races

Entry form can be completed from the website.

Absence from race duty should receive a penalty this should be discussed at the AGM.

5) Dinghy Storage update.

Noted

2 new boats RS 200 and Laser 1.

5 letters have gone out to members requesting removal of boats from the compound.

6) Training and Events

Supervised Saturdays up and running

Try a boat was not a great success. It needed better advertising.

Regatta CYC 12^th and 13^th June agreed that CBYC would help suggested that Jim should contact Chris

CBYC regatta weekend after

At the end of the series a prize giving to be held at CYC. It was Suggested a Sunday afternoon.

Suggested that we hold a week of sailing activities culminating in Regatta at the end of the week. Think about this for next year.
