NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Dinghy Section will be held at 7.30 pm on Wednesday, 8 November 2006 in the Quay Lounge, Cardiff Bay Yacht Club.
Items of business
Notices of motion (see item 7 of the Agenda below) must be submitted by members to the Secretary (Mike.Joynson@btopenworld.com/tel 029 2056 8074) no later than Monday, 23 October 2006.
Appointment of Officers
The following officers have indicated that they will be willing to stand again:
Membership of the Dinghy Committee
The Dinghy Committee has been reconstituted and henceforth will consist of four ex officio members (the Chair, Principal Race Officer, the Secretary and a member of the Dinghy Section on the Council of Management [currently Jeremy Taylor]) together with three nominated members from the Dinghy Section appointed at the AGM.
If you would like to be considered for any of the total of six vacancies noted above, please complete the form below and return to the Secretary of the Dinghy Committee, CBYC, Ferry Road, Cardiff CF11 0JL no later than Monday, 23 October 2006.
